Identity Custom Clothing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an OEM custom clothing manufacturer based in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. We provide high-quality custom outdoor apparel, promotional clothing, and corporate workwear. All services are provided subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order with Identity Custom Clothing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services or site.

3. Our Services

We offer custom clothing manufacturing services, including private label options, custom packaging, and printing or embroidery of logos. 

4. Orders and Payment

1. Order Process
   All orders are subject to our acceptance, which may depend on available resources, lead times, and order specifications.

2. Pricing and Payment
   Prices for each order depend on the specifications provided by the client, including quantities, customization requirements, and delivery terms. Payment terms will be clearly specified in the purchase agreement. We accept various forms of payment as outlined in your order confirmation. We usually require a certain amount of deposit as down payment to initiate production and the balance depending on respective particular situation of each order.

3. Order Modification or Cancellation
   Changes to orders may affect pricing and delivery time. Requests to modify or cancel orders must be received in writing before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is generally not possible, and the client may be responsible for costs already incurred.

5. Production and Delivery

1. Production Time
   Estimated production timelines are provided upon order confirmation and may vary based on order complexity and quantities. We are committed to meeting delivery deadlines; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including supply chain disruptions or transportation issues.

2. Shipping and Delivery
   Delivery terms (such as FOB, CIF, or DDP) will be specified in the purchase agreement. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed. 

6. Product Quality and Warranties

1. Product Standards
   Our products are made following high-quality manufacturing standards. We conduct quality checks to ensure that the delivered products meet the agreed specifications.

2. Defects and Returns
   If products have any defects upon arrival that deviate from the confirmed order specifications, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve issues or provide replacement solutions where appropriate. Custom products may not be eligible for returns or refunds if they meet the order specifications.

3. Limitations
   Tiny minor reasonable variations in color, stitching or 1cm difference in size are possible and are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

1. Client’s Trademarks and Logos
   By providing us with your logo or other design elements, you grant us the right to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your order.

2. Company Rights
   All website content, product designs, and materials created by Identity Custom Clothing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Privacy

We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal or company data provided to us will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We may use your data only for order processing, communication, and service improvement.

9. Liability

1. Limitation of Liability
   Identity Custom Clothing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the cost of the initial purchase. Our liability is limited to the price of the product or services purchased.

2. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or legal restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms

Identity Custom Clothing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our website or services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
